are some of the ways of giving myself the rest my mind and body needs ,
- Do you take the time for yourself ?
- Do you see it as a necessity or something to be put off later when you possibly have "more time"?
If you find it really hard to squeeze in the time in midst of your busy schedule, try giving yourself just about 5 - 10 mins a day to quiet your mind , and notice how it makes you feel.
Notice how much calmer and clearer your mind feels , how less stiffer your body , neck and muscle feels.. Notice how you seem lot more happier and less irritated / stressed than you usually are
And ... its just 5/10 mins out of your 24 hours 😊
